About the Role
Are you a creative visionary with a passion for visual storytelling?
We’re looking for a Graphic Design & Illustration Intern to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience designing for real campaigns, producing visual assets, and supporting brand and marketing projects across multiple industries.
You’ll work closely with project managers, account managers, and our Art Director—gaining exposure to how design supports brand, product, and business outcomes.
What You Will Learn
- How design and visual communication are planned and executed across the full consumer journey
- Hands-on experience in project management and design management for real clients
- How creative concepts evolve into final deliverables across digital and print
- Illustration and visual storytelling techniques used in modern branding
- Motion design basics, content repurposing, and multi-platform creative adaptation
- A recommendation letter upon completion
- Strong potential to convert into a full-time role after 6 months
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Concept Development
- Develop creative concepts, illustrations, and layouts aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Support the evolution of brand visuals across digital and print platforms
2. Creative Asset Production
Create visuals for a wide range of deliverables, including:
- Landing pages, eDMs, web banners
- Social media graphics (FB, LinkedIn, IG, Twitter, etc.)
- Infographics, presentations, whitepapers
- Campaign concepts, event visuals, video content assets
- Motion graphics and simple animations for ads or social posts
3. Illustration & Storyboarding
- Produce illustrations and visual storytelling assets
- Assist with basic storyboarding and light pre-production planning
4. Content Adaptation
- Repurpose creative assets for Instagram Stories, YouTube, webinars, etc.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work with PMs, accounts teams, and the Art Director to manage timelines
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Communicate ideas clearly during internal reviews and proposals
6. Trend Research
- Stay current with design, illustration, animation, and branding trends
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Mass Media, Illustration, or related fields
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva
- Comfortable using digital and content marketing tools
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome.
