Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communication campaigns.
- Help design, track, and assess learning and development programs.
- Participate in planning and executing People & Culture initiatives that foster employee connection and advocacy.
- Take on ad-hoc HR-related projects to support the regional People & Culture function.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a university degree; preferred fields: Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or Social Sciences.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Curious, resourceful, collaborative, and proactive in finding solutions.
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
