Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and assist with troubleshooting across hardware, software, and internal systems.
- Maintain and organise IT inventory, documentation, and resources.
- Support cybersecurity, analytics tasks, and data center operations when needed.
- Participate in projects involving server or VDI development and application enhancements.
- Research and recommend hosting solutions, tools, or fixes for hardware and software issues.
- Liaise with external vendors for repairs, replacements, or technical support.
- Assist with server administration, account management, backups, and system monitoring.
- Install, configure, and update hardware/software, including enterprise tools such as VMware/VDI.
- Contribute to the integration of new systems and support security checks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
