Overview
This internship places you within PwC’s internal technology team, where you’ll support the systems, tools, and infrastructure that power one of the world’s largest professional services firms. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and IT systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support for users
- Support tasks related to cybersecurity, analytics, and infrastructure operations
- Participate in research activities, including vendor comparisons, pricing studies, and technical evaluations
- Help maintain server environments, system accounts, and backup/restoration processes
- Update, test, and integrate new systems, applications, and virtualization technologies
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, part replacements, or system servicing
- Contribute to documentation and ensure IT resources remain organized and up to date
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
