This role focuses on reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI content for grammar, fluency, tone, and cultural accuracy, supporting cutting-edge AI projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and rate AI-generated Norwegian text for grammar, fluency, and tone.
- Provide linguistic and cultural feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Develop guidelines to ensure consistency in style, terminology, and usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize Norwegian-specific language performance.
- Suggest enhancements to datasets and linguistic models based on review findings.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian (Bokmål) and fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of Norwegian grammar, syntax, and stylistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
- Preferred: prior experience in proofreading, annotation, translation, or AI/NLP tools.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to provide clear, actionable feedback.
