Overview
Join TikTok’s Fashion team as an intern and play a part in growing the platform’s fashion ecosystem. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, seller and creator management, and data-driven category insights. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fashion marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and compiling post-campaign analyses.
- Support content creator and influencer collaborations, coordinating product seeding, campaign alignment, and performance tracking.
- Conduct research to identify potential fashion sellers and assist in outreach and pitch creation.
- Aid in managing key seller accounts, resolving issues, and supporting growth strategies.
- Collect and analyze market and category data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive performance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a relevant university degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
