IT Performance & Analytics Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Research new technologies, best practices, and approaches that can elevate IT performance
- Assist in reviewing workflows and identifying areas for improvement within IT operations
- Organise and maintain data repositories to ensure information remains consistent and accessible
- Compile and update datasets used for departmental reporting and analysis
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards, scorecards, and data visuals using platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Produce customised reports and visualisations to meet ad-hoc business needs
- Support automation initiatives aimed at streamlining analytics and reporting tasks
- Build Power Apps to improve departmental efficiency and internal processes
- Develop simple SharePoint pages for intranet use and team communication
- Assist in preparing IT communication materials through content drafting and visual design
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related area
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office tools
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualisation platforms
- Interest or foundational experience in Power Apps development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No prior experience required — training and guidance will be provided
