Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Intern to support an ongoing Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) project and other marine energy initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to offshore operations, project coordination, and research within the global energy transition landscape.
This role provides significant learning opportunities in project execution, marine crew management, and cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project milestones relating to FPSO operations and marine crew management
- Conduct research on market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Support project documentation, reporting, logistics planning, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Maintain internal systems for monitoring crew certifications, compliance, travel requirements, and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and planning discussions
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Interest or experience in offshore energy, marine operations, or crew logistics is highly beneficial
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
