Overview
This internship places you at the heart of CPF Board’s digital transformation efforts, working on the systems that support nationwide customer engagement. You’ll be part of the team responsible for enhancing the platform used to manage public enquiries across channels such as email, calls, and online submissions. Key Responsibilities
During your internship, you will:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of CPF’s Customer Engagement Platform
- Apply programming fundamentals to real production scenarios, supporting coding, testing, and deployment work
- Participate in project planning discussions and understand how large systems are organised
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and support system improvements
- Assist with technical troubleshooting and quality assurance activities
Requirements
- Currently studying Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Familiarity with cloud technologies or GenAI tools (e.g., AWS, LLMs) is useful but not mandatory
- Programming experience in languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Understanding of DevOps concepts will be helpful
- Strong interest in software engineering and digital solution building
- Able to learn quickly and operate in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently when needed
