Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the regional Digital Commerce team by:
- Collaborating with partner agencies to audit and elevate product detail pages, including exploring AI-driven solutions for content evaluation
- Researching and comparing generative AI search tools with traditional SEO approaches and assisting in selecting partners for proof-of-concept trials
- Supporting the creation of a Social Commerce Hub by consolidating market insights, setting up listening tools, and helping build affiliate tracking capabilities
- Coordinating with markets across APAC to monitor key project milestones and compile monthly performance reviews for dashboards and global reporting
- Conducting research on emerging digital commerce technologies, retail media innovations, and AI applications that boost online conversion
Requirements
Academic & Technical Skills
- Currently studying at the undergraduate or postgraduate level in Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas
- Strong digital literacy and enthusiasm for ecommerce and AI-driven technologies
- Confident in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with analytics or visualization tools is beneficial
