Join Amazon’s Seller Recruitment team and play a hands-on role in expanding the Amazon.sg marketplace. As a Business Developer Intern, you’ll help identify promising sellers, support their onboarding journey, and contribute to strategies that grow Amazon’s product selection across Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with a high-energy team that thrives on experimentation, data-driven decisions, and creating real impact for customers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify high-potential sellers to onboard onto Amazon.sg
Build and maintain structured lead databases to support recruitment pipelines
Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, seller guides, and category insights
Track seller performance metrics and improve processes using established SOPs
Support the rollout of seller initiatives, including referral programs
Conduct market and category analysis to refine lead source strategies
Assist in managing scalable communication channels and outreach campaigns
Present a final project report with insights, results, and recommendations

Requirements

Current university student able to commit full-time from Jan–Jun 2026
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable working with data and Excel
Interested in sales, e-commerce, and business development
Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Eligible to work in Singapore
