This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the marketing and creative teams behind a well-known retail fashion brand. You will contribute to content creation, social media management, campaign support, visual merchandising exposure, and trend research — gaining real-world experience in the fashion marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Social Media

Create and design social media content for regular posting (3 or more times per week)
Manage the brand’s TikTok channel, producing engaging and trend-driven content
Analyze latest digital trends and provide ideas to better reach younger audiences

Creative & Design Support

Assist the creative designer in producing banners for e-commerce platforms
Design new prints for Print-To-Order T-shirts every 2 weeks
Support in conceptualizing creative assets for campaigns and proposals

Marketing & Campaign Assistance

Assist with sourcing partnership collaborations and campaign collaborators
Provide administrative support for integrated marketing communications and planning
Attend photoshoots, events, and other on-ground activities when required

Retail Exposure

Conduct shop visits to learn about store operations and visual merchandising
Observe and understand how in-store displays influence customer behaviour

Sourcing & Coordination

Source for suppliers when needed
Assist in coordinating materials, deliverables, and project timelines

Requirements

Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Well-organized with good attention to detail
Familiar with social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
