Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotations across multiple hotel departments to understand end-to-end operations
- Assist in daily hotel operations while learning to manage projects and teams
- Support and contribute to special projects designed to improve processes or introduce innovations
- Collaborate with peers and leaders to identify solutions and enhance guest experiences
- Attend management meetings and provide input on departmental challenges and initiatives
- Deliver presentations and reports on project outcomes to senior management
- Apply leadership skills to take initiative and drive positive change in assigned areas
Requirements
- Recent university graduate (within the past year) or graduating within 12 months
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree accepted for Culinary track)
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build professional relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Authorized to work in Singapore
