Overview
Join DKSH’s Group Talent Acquisition (GTA) team and gain hands-on experience in a global HR environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment operations, employer branding initiatives, and key HR projects. This role offers broad exposure to how a multinational company identifies, attracts, and engages top talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards and online platforms.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and assessment coordination.
- Assist in hiring interns for the main office and maintaining job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Contribute to employer branding, recruitment process enhancements, and system improvement projects.
- Conduct research for talent mapping and industry-related insights.
- Prepare recruitment data, dashboards, and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience (in-house or agency) is a plus.
- Able to commit full-time on a hybrid schedule.
