Key Responsibilities
- Support the P&C Organizational Business Partner team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in designing and rolling out employee engagement initiatives, analyzing feedback, and suggesting improvements.
- Contribute to high-impact strategic projects such as talent development programs.
- Help evaluate and implement HR tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives through campaigns, workshops, and resources.
- Prepare and manage data, reports, and documentation to inform decisions and measure project success.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
