Investment Intern — Helicap (Private Credit & Investments)

Using a proprietary credit analytics platform, the firm evaluates large volumes of data from non-bank financial institutions and high-growth startups to uncover quality investment opportunities. The Fund Management team is seeking full-time Investment Interns to join the Singapore office. This role offers hands-on exposure to private credit, venture debt, and private equity-style transactions across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing, screening, and analysing investment opportunities in technology and alternative lending.
- Assist in developing investment theses through market research and competitive analysis.
- Build financial models and prepare presentation materials for private credit deals.
- Help compile and present investment proposals to senior management and investor groups.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors during deal execution and fundraising.
- Contribute to ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, including return forecasting and performance tracking.
- Provide input to enhance Helicap’s internal analytics and technology platform.
- Participate in commercial activities, events, and partnerships across the organisation.
- Assist with business development tasks as required.
Requirements
- Strong interest in private credit, venture debt, and investment analysis
- Good research, analytical, and financial modelling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Available for a full-time internship starting in Spring 2026
