Role Overview

TPGI is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support the planning, promotion, and execution of conferences and business events. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, partner engagement, and on-ground event coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing collaterals such as posters, banners, and speaker visuals using Canva.
Update event pages and web content via Breakdance (WordPress visual builder).
Write engaging copy for emails, websites, and social media.
Plan and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Produce short-form content including reels, teasers, and behind-the-scenes clips.
Coordinate with AV teams, venue partners, and printing suppliers.
Support on-site event branding and logistics.
Manage media partner deliverables and assist in sponsorship outreach.
Assist in executing marketing campaign timelines and post-event recaps.

Requirements

Strong eye for design and familiarity with Canva.
Interest in digital marketing, events, and content creation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
