Job Summary The Procurement Intern will assist the procurement team in vendor management, data comparison, and supply chain analysis. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement processes and supply chain operations, supporting efficient business administration and inventory management. Responsibilities Business Administration: • Compare and analyze data extracted from internal systems to support procurement decision-making • Track and maintain vendor records to assist vendor management activities • Perform business administrative tasks to support procurement operations as needed Supply Chain Management: • Assist in projecting sales using internal data to support accurate forecasting • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to support inventory management • Coordinate supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimize cost efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications • Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields • Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain concepts • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and organizational skills demonstrated through data analysis and task coordination • Effective communication and teamwork skills applied in collaborative work environments Benefits • Gain practical experience in procurement and supply chain processes • Work in a dynamic business environment • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals
